Shakespeare's Globe is a unique international resource dedicated to the exploration of Shakespeare's work and the playhouse for which he wrote, through the connected means of performance and education. Together, the Globe Theatre, Globe Exhibition & Tour and Globe Education seek to further the experience and international understanding of Shakespeare in performance. 

Retail Assistant (maternity cover)

The Retail function is responsible for the retail areas of Shakespeare's Globe, including the on-site shop, the e-commerce web site and mail order.

We are seeking a Retail Assistant to work on a rota, providing high levels of service to visitors and staff and maximising visitor revenue in support of the Globe's mission and objectives.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be fully literate and numerate with good cash-handling skills as well as the ability to obtain excellent product knowledge.  Experience of working in a retail or similar environment is desirable.

Front of House Volunteer Coordinator(s)

We are looking for two motivated Front of House Volunteer Coordinators to assist the Front of House Volunteer Management Team in the recruitment, selection, training, retention and daily coordination of a large team of Front of House volunteer stewards.
