Press & PR Officer, Globe Education
We are currently seeking a Press and PR Officer, Globe Education to work with the Press & PR Manager and the Director of Globe Education to implement a communications plan which promotes the profile of Globe Education, as well as provide additional support to other areas of the press office. The successful candidate will work within the Press & PR team, who are responsible for positioning Shakespeare’s Globe in the local, national and international media as a world-leading institution in the performance, exploration and study of Shakespeare and his contemporaries.

Our Exhibition Department seeks highly motivated individuals to join its Exhibition Guide Team who are responsible through the Exhibition function for providing a historical and theatrical contect for the first time visitor to the Globe.
The post holders will be required to provide the highest level of customer care to all those entering the Exhibition. As Exhibition Guides, you will be responsible for telling the stories of Shakespeare's Globe, The Rose Theatre, The Shakespeare's Globe Trust and of the Sam Wanamaker Playhouse and how theatre developed in the Bankside area in an educational, entertaining and promotional way to all. You will also be responsible for giving demonstrations on Elizabethan clothing and our Printing Press.
