We are currently seeking a Props Maker to join our production team for the 2015 summer season. In this full-time, fixed term role the post-holder will plan and schedule all the made props and furniture, supplementing their own labour with freelance makers. The individual will work closely with the Stage Manager of each production to source, buy and make the props and furniture required. Along with the Production Manager and Stage Manager, they will manage the materials and making budget.

Front of House Volunteer Manager

Shakespeare's Globe has an exciting opportunity for a Volunteer Manager to work within our busy Visitor Experience department. This is a new post that will work closely with our Head of Visitor Experience and Front of House Manager to focus on developing the operational management of a team of over 500 volunteers, and reflects the recent changes at Shakespeare's Globe, including the opening of the Sam Wanamaker Theatre in January 2014.

We are currently seeking a Digital Assistant to work within the Globe’s Communications Digital team, which primarily takes responsibility for the organisation’s main website and microsites, email marketing and social media.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering the organisation’s email marketing schedule and campaigns, content for the main website and social media, and updating on-site digital display signage and Google AdWords campaigns.
The post requires someone with excellent written communication and time management skills, with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
