Our Theatre is the Globe’s annual flagship community event and has been supported by PwC since the Globe’s opening festival in 1997.

The production involves groups of young people from Southwark schools and community groups. Each group works with a Globe Education Practitioner and their teacher to create one scene from a Shakespeare play that is developed over a 12 week period.

Our Theatre culminates with a full scale ensemble production in which over 400 students gather together to present their scenes to a theatre filled with friends, families, carers and other members of the Southwark community.
