On submitting a Lively Action booking form, you are requesting a date for a visit. This is not a form for inquiry so if you do have any further questions you may contact us on the Lively Action email above.
Lively Action Booking Form
All bookings must be made using this form, which can be completed online below, or download on the right and email to livelyaction@shakespearesglobe.com.
Please note: If you use Internet Explorer, you will have to right-click on the download link and select 'Save target as'.
Please give as many alternative dates as possible when completing your form. All applications are dealt with on a first come, first served basis. If we cannot meet any of your alternative options we will contact you to discuss your booking.
Once your booking form has been received and processed you will be sent official confirmation of your visit, an invoice and a Teachers' Confirmation Sheet for you to complete. Soon after, a request for payment will be sent by post along with with full details of your visit.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Once booking is confirmed, failure to notify us of a cancellation in writing will result in a cancellation fee being charged. Globe Education cannot issue refunds under any circumstances, unless cancellation is made by Shakespeare's Globe.
Lunch Rooms:
Lunch spaces are available outside the theatre season (October to April, *except 11 - 28 March), for Keystage 2 and 3, when booking a 10.30am or 12.30pm workshop time. Lunch rooms are available from 12-12.30 only - please indicate on your booking form if you would like a space.
*Unfortunately we cannot offer lunch rooms from the 11 – 28 March due to our Playing Shakespeare schools performances.
Note: Due to building works taking place in the main foyer from the 15th October, please could you inform us of any students with any access needs as soon as possible.
