Booking With Us: A Checklist

Booking Checklist

Step One:

Complete the online booking form and, where possible, select first, second and third choice dates.  Due to the popularity of our workshops we recommend that you book at least 12 weeks in advance.

Step Two:

Once your form has been submitted, we will confirm a date and send you a confirmation document, which includes an invoice and details of your booking. 56 days before the date of your visit, you will receive an information email, containing a reminder about your payment terms, as well as useful information which you may need in order to plan your trip, such as a map and a link to our risk assessment document. Please ensure that you read through all the advance information carefully.

Step Three:

Payment is due no later than 28 days before the date of your visit. Before this time, if you need to change the size of the group we will accommodate as best we can and send you a new invoice. Regrettably, once your payment is due we cannot refund you for cancellation, a reduction in numbers or the removal of any components from your booking.

The quickest method of payment is via debit or credit card.

Unfortunately we do not accept cash payments.

Step Four:

Book your free pre-visit. Once your booking is confirmed and payment has been received, we can accommodate a walk through your visit. If you have booked the Exhibition we can provide 2 free tickets for the Exhibition for teachers to come for a pre-visit. Please call to let us know when you would like to come for your pre-visit at least 10 days in advance. Please note, if you wish to visit on a weekend we can only provide access to the Exhibition and you are welcome to walk around the public spaces.

Step Five:

As part of your confirmation email you will have been sent a Teacher Confirmation Sheet, on which you provide details of the group size and their specific needs. Please complete this in as much detail as possible. Our sessions are bespoke and a detailed information sheet helps us to cater to the needs and learning objectives of your group. We ask that this form be completed and returned to us no later than 28 days before the booking. If you are bringing more than one group please complete a form for each group. If we do not receive the form within 28 days of the booking, we will devise a session for you based on Romeo and Juliet, Macbeth or A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

If you have any further questions please contact us by email or phone on 0207 902 1433.
