You can use this form to renew an existing membership of the Friends & Patrons of Shakespeare’s Globe. The form can be submitted online or by post.

By Post 
Complete the form on screen and print it out. Do not click on the Submit button. You can include your credit card details or pay by cheque. Please note that we cannot accept cheques from non-UK banks or payment in any currency except pounds sterling. Direct Debit
Direct Debit is the most convenient way to pay if you have a UK bank account. If you pay by Direct Debit you will not need to complete this form when renewing your membership in the future and you will also benefit from a £3 reduction on your fees. To pay by Direct Debit, you must print and sign the separate Direct Debit mandate and then return it to the address above. We must have your original signature on the Direct Debit mandate.

Gift Aid
In April 2000, the Government introduced measures to help charities reclaim the tax supporters have already paid on their contributions.

Your membership fee and any additional donation will qualify for Gift Aid if you are the member, are resident in the UK for income tax purposes and if the amount that you pay in income tax or capital gains tax is at least equal to the amount we will claim in Gift Aid on your contributions in the tax year.

I would like the Shakespeare Globe Trust (Reg. Charity No. 266916) to treat all the donations I have made for this tax year and the four years prior to the year of this declaration, and all donations I make from the date of this declaration until I notify you otherwise, as Gift Aid donations.

I confirm I have paid or will pay an amount of UK Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for each tax year (6 April to 5 April) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all the charities or Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCs) that I donate to will reclaim on my gifts for that tax year. I understand that other taxes such as VAT and Council Tax do not qualify. I understand the charity will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I give on or after 6 April 2008.
