Are you buying a GIFT MEMBERSHIP?

Yes, this is a gift membership

You must tick the box below to allow us to claim Gift Aid.

I would like the Shakespeare Globe Trust (Reg. Charity No. 266916) to treat all the donations I have made for this tax year and the four years prior to the year of this declaration, and all donations I make from the date of this declaration until I notify you otherwise, as Gift Aid donations.

I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year it is my responsibility to pay any difference. Gift Aid is claimed by the Shakespeare Globe Trust from the tax you pay for the current tax year.

Please notify the Shakespeare Globe Trust if you want to cancel this declaration, change your name or home address or no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains.
