All mailed tickets are subject to a postal charge of £1.50 (UK) or £2.50 (groups and overseas).

Refunds

Shakespeare’s Globe cannot offer refunds once tickets have been purchased.

Exchanges

Tickets may be exchanged for future performances of the same production if returned to the box office with at least 28 days notice. There is an administration fee of £2 per ticket (free for Friends of Shakespeare's Globe)
