16 | THE CLOUD-CAPP'D TOWERS PERFORMED BY THE BBC SINGERS

      Globe Advent         16

Wrap up warm and join world-class ensemble the BBC Singers in our Globe Theatre as they perform Ralph Vaughan Williams’ The Cloud-Capp’d Towers, inspired by William Shakespeare’s The Tempest.

The BBC Singers are Britain’s only full-time professional chamber choir, based at the BBC’s Maida Vale Studios in London. The choir’s virtuosity sees them perform everything from Byrd to Birtwistle, Tallis to Takemitsu, all over the UK and abroad.

The cloud-capp’d towers, the gorgeous palaces,
The solemn temples, the great globe itself,
