Summer Short Courses (Ages 8–19) (2020)

Online courses to attend via Zoom

DATES ACROSS AUGUST 2020          AT HOME

Perfect for aspiring actors, directors and academics, our online Summer Short Courses offer the opportunity for young people aged 8–19 to spend five half-days with Shakespeare’s Globe professionals learning about their chosen craft.

These courses are designed for young people learning at home – they join the sessions from their computers or tablets, via Zoom. All courses culminate in an online sharing of performance areas studied across the week.

All timings listed are in BST / GMT+1 (UK). During the booking process you will be able to ‘view your timezone’ to see when the course will take place where you are.

All courses are delivered in English, and therefore all participants must be able to take instruction in English.

Additionally, for courses aimed at age 14+, participants must have a level of confidence in English that will enable them to cope with close analysis of Shakespeare’s language.
