A Midsummer
Afternoon's Writing

This event has now passed.

Poet and arts educator Jasmine Simms (aka Queen of the Fairies) will deliver a writing workshop based on Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Using found objects as clues, you will find your way out of a dream by remembering the place you were in before you fell asleep.

Jasmine Simms is a Foyle Young Poet and frequently collaborates with The Poetry Society. The Foyle Young Poet of the Year Award 2019 is open and is completely free to enter for anyone aged 11-17 years across the world. For information on how to enter please go to foyleyoungpoets.org.
