“A chance to improve as an actor in a safe, inspiring space.”
– The Studio attendee
A perfect introduction to the work of The Studio, these three-hour sessions focus on approaches to performing in our theatres. A part of each session will take place on stage.
Explore the unique actor-audience relationship in the amphitheatre and its impact on our understanding of Shakespeare’s texts. Work practically to explore the playing conditions of this unique space including its acoustics, sight lines and stage features.
Whether you are new to working with Shakespeare or have a lot of previous experience, these sessions provide a supportive space to explore, play and connect creatively with peers, guided by our experienced Globe Faculty.
