How did early modern writers engage with ideas of race, sexuality and eroticism?

This Research in Action workshop, which complements our Shakespeare and Race symposium, explores comparable scenes of consensual and coercive seduction in plays by Shakespeare, Thomas Kyd and John Fletcher. This event is in collaboration with the University of Sussex.

There is much matter to be heard and learned.
