Spend four half-days working with one of our Globe Practitioners in this interactive course designed especially for aspiring actors.

Receive hands-on instruction from Globe actors to explore Shakespeare in an exciting way through lively workshops and practical activities. Designed for young performers, this course provides an active, creative learning experience to bring Shakespeare to life in a new way.

Each session will involve warm-up games, tips and tricks for getting into character, and having fun with Shakespeare’s language and performance. There will be plenty of opportunities to perform and play scenes, trying out different styles and approaches. This course will involve voice, text and movement sessions with participants working collaboratively with their peers.

This course takes place on-site and includes access to the Sam Wanamaker Playhouse and a tour of the Globe Theatre. 

This course is aimed at children aged 8-10 years who have an interest in performing. It culminates with a small sharing of work for family, carers and friends!
