hakespeare’s Globe is currently seeking a Globe Experience Development Manager to join our Visitor and Audience Operations team
The Globe has an exciting secondment opportunity for an experienced attraction sector manager interested in supporting the development of the recently opened Globe Story and Tour over the next six months. The role will help to deliver continual improvements to the current installation and bring ideas and creativity to plans for ongoing development, including seasonal curation and further work in the space towards the end of the year. A key part of the role is liaising with internal and external stakeholders and managing delivery of key components to ensure the exhibition is interactive, relevant and engaging for all our visitors.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the attractions sector and is experienced in both operations and attraction development, and also has a good understanding of customer motivations and behaviour. You will probably work in a complex customer facing environment already and be familiar with fast paced environments which need to adapt and evolve quickly, and be looking for a chance to challenge yourself in a new organisation which will allow you to enhance and progress in your current role. An interest in Shakespeare would be helpful but not essential. This post sits within the Visitor and Audience Operations department which is made up of a large team of both operational and administrative staff and is based on site at Shakespeare’s Globe.
