Shakespeare’s Globe is looking for a Junior Content Producer to join our Marketing – Content Team

Shakespeare’s Globe is currently seeking a Junior Content Producer to join our Marketing – Content Team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Reporting to the Content Producer, the Junior Content Producer will be part of the in-house content production team which leads on the planning and execution of high-quality digital assets across the Globe’s social media channels and digital estate. They will have end-to-end ownership of projects, working to plan, shoot, edit and deliver high-quality digital content to engage our audiences.

This includes (but not limited to) promotional trailers, interviews with cast and creative, performance extracts, film and supporting assets for VOD, educational content, webinars and more. This role is offered on a hybrid working full-time, permanent basis and we are happy to discuss flexible working.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and plenty of experience managing the delivery of multiple projects across a variety of digital and social platforms. Operating camera, lighting and audio equipment are key skills for this role. Experience editing in Premiere Pro to effectively fulfil creative briefs is also essential. Working as part of a team, the right person must have exceptional organizational skills, be detail driven and have a passion for engaging on-site an online audiences through digital storytelling

The Audiences Department includes the Marketing, Content, Social Media, Design,  Data & Digital teams, as well as Press & PR, Ticketing and Sales, Retail and Visitor and Audience Operations. They all own the customer journey from start to finish and strive to be insight driven, customer focused and digital first in approach.

Responsible for demanding revenue targets across everything we do and reaching the widest possible global audience onsite and online, we are an innovative, collaborative and creative team. Working closely with producing, education and development we build customer loyalty and diversify our live and digital audiences by creating innovative design and content to engage them and stand out. We are results oriented and measure, test and learn as we try new ideas.
