SIGNATURE WALL

For yourself, in memory of a loved one or as a unique gift, join our Signature Wall and leave a visible mark of your support for Shakespeare’s Globe

The Signature Wall is a prominent feature on one of the main staircases at Shakespeare’s Globe. Consisting of 50 large copper plates, the wall showcases the engraved signatures of our numerous supporters and is seen by thousands of visitors each year.

The Signature Wall, formerly known as The Supporting Wall, started in the early days of our existence. We are thrilled to be able to offer this much-loved opportunity to unite our supporters in their wish to further the aspirations of Shakespeare’s Globe.

Whether you’ve been enthused by a tour, captivated by a performance, or have the desire to remember a family member in a special way, we invite you to join the existing signatures of theatrical figures, including Simon Callow, Vanessa Redgrave, Felicity Kendall and Judi Dench.

Your chosen signature will be etched with others onto a polished copper plate and re-mounted to create both a beautiful wall-covering and a testament to your generosity, which will remain in place for at least 10 years.

Whether to celebrate an anniversary or birthday, honour a life, or gift to someone special, the Signature Wall serves as a uniquely personal tribute and demonstration of your support for Shakespeare’s Globe.

Price points for this wonderful naming opportunity are £350 for one signature, or you could have a pair engraved for £600.
