Festive Competition Terms & Conditions  

Win two seated tickets for any show at the Globe Theatre or Sam Wanamaker Playhouse, two tickets for our Festive Family Tour, a festive-themed afternoon tea at The Swan Bar & Restaurant, and a shop bundle!

  • Two seated tickets for any show at the Globe or Sam Wanamaker Playhouse, two tickets for our Festive Family Tour, a Hansel and Gretel inspired afternoon tea at The Swan Bar & Restaurant, and a shop bundle. All tickets subject to availability. The Shakespeare’s Globe shop gift bundle must be collected while at Shakespeare’s Globe; it will be collected upon prior agreement from the Shakespeare’s Globe shop till.
  • The prize is valid for any show tickets at the Globe or Sam Wanamaker Playhouse until 20 April and any Festive Family Tour tickets until 5 January. Festive afternoon tea must be redeemed before 10 February, and the shop bundle must be collected by 10 February. If you are unable to attend before the Festive themed activities finish, then we will be able to offer you an alternative to the Hansel and Gretel inspired afternoon tea with an afternoon tea and an alternative to the Festive Family Tour with the Story & Tour.

  • The competition closes on Sunday 1 December 2024, 11.59pm (BST).
  • The winner will be picked at random and contacted via email no later than Monday 9 December 2024.

Please read these competition rules carefully. By entering this competition, you confirm that you have read these rules and agree to be bound by them:

  • Entry is open to UK entrants aged 18 and over, except for those not eligible to take part: employees or contractors of the promoters or immediate family members of employees or contractors of the promoters
  • There will be no charge for entering the giveaway
  • We will NEVER ask you for your bank details or to enter personal information in exchange for the prize
  • Only entries submitted before Sunday 1 December 2024, 11.59pm (BST) will be entered into the competition
  • Shakespeare’s Globe can accept no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason, and incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified
  • All entries received after the closing date will automatically be disqualified
  • If you win the competition, we will notify you via the email provided in the submissions form. If we cannot contact you or you do not respond within 24 hours of being notified by Shakespeare’s Globe, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another competition entrant
  • Shakespeare’s Globe will secure tickets in the best available section of the theatre at the point of the request. Tickets are subject to availability and one-off or special events are not applicable. If the winner has not provided their preferred performance by 7 April 2025, they forfeit the right to this element of the prize.
  • The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received via the submissions form
  • Any information submitted as part of your competition entry will be processed in line with Shakespeare’s Globe’s Privacy Policy.
  • As part of your entry by email, you can choose to opt into receiving email updates from Shakespeare’s Globe. This is not a requirement of entry and you can update your preferences, or request that we delete any of your personal data, at any time by email [email protected].
  • The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Any information submitted with an entry will not be given to any other organisations apart from the promoters of the competition, Shakespeare’s Globe. Your privacy will be protected
