Continuing Professional Development:
Teaching Shakespeare at Primary

This event has now passed.
Visit our What's On to see our current and upcoming events.

Learn exciting, active, drama approaches to explore Shakespeare’s stories, themes and language with your class.

This professional development session will give you the skills to apply a practical approach to any play. The strategies shared in the session aim to engage children in character & plot, empower them to feel confident about using text and assist in improved speaking & listening skills.

Shakespeare’s Globe and Splendid Productions then cordially invite you to attend a performance of Midsummer Mechanicals, the hilarious new follow-up to the play-within-a-play from A Midsummer Night’s Dream, premiering in the Sam Wanamaker Playhouse this Summer.
