Alina Bzhezhinska is one of the leading harpists in the world today, a one-woman powerhouse on a mission to bring the harp to the fore of contemporary sound. Causing a splash at the 2017 EFG London Jazz festival with her Barbican performance, accompanied by Denys Baptiste and Pharoah Saunders, not only planted Alina as a star to watch, but the show also picked up a nomination for ‘Best Live Experience of the Year’ at the 2018 Jazz FM Awards.

Soon after, Alina released her critically acclaimed debut album, Inspiration’ (Ubuntu Music). ‘…She fearlessly tackles essential Coltrane touchstones such as ‘Blue Nile’ and ‘Journey in Satchidananda’ with a respectful sincerity that can’t fail to win you over.’ (Jazz Wise)
