Deborah has over 25 years’ experience working within the arts and culture, higher education and charitable sectors focused on major donor development culminating in her current role as Director of Development with the Science Museum Group, the leading group of Science Museums in the world, sharing an unparalleled collection with over 5 million visitors each year.

Prior to this she served as Head of Development at the National Gallery, as Associate Head of Principal Gift Development at King’s College London and as Deputy Director of Development at the British Film Institute.

She led the major donor team at the Royal Opera House for many years and launched the Patrons’ Programme at Sadler’s Wells Theatre.
