Despina is a theatre producer and creative leader with over 20 years’ experience across the subsidised and commercial sectors.

She is currently Executive Producer at the Royal Shakespeare Company. Previously she established a new artist-led experiences division for ATC Music Group plc and was until recently Executive Director of the Young Vic overseeing critically acclaimed productions including Death of a Salesman, Fairview and Oklahoma! in the West End and on Broadway.

Previous roles include Executive Producer at Punchdrunk International and Frantic Assembly, alongside senior producing and general management positions at the Almeida Theatre, Young Vic and Ambassador Theatre Group.

Despina is a Clore Leadership Fellow, a Trustee of The Laura Case Trust and a Governor of Mulberry School for Girls in Tower Hamlets.
