Ken Nwosu
Ken’s theatre work includes An Octoroon (Orange Tree Theatre and the National Theatre); White Noise (Bridge Theatre); Three Sisters (National Theatre); Ghosts (HOME Manchester) and As You Like It (National Theatre). Previously for the Globe, Ken played the title role in Othello.
He has worked extensively with the Royal Shakespeare Company in productions including The Alchemist, The Merchant of Venice, The White Devil, and The Roaring Girl. His performance in won him the Off West End Award for Best Male in a Play.
On screen, Ken can be seen in the hit Joe Barton Netflix series Black Doves, new Matt Charman (Bridge of Spies) thriller Prisoner for Sky and Down Cemetery Road for Apple TV, based on the novels by Mick Herron.
His recent work also includes a leading role as ‘Sagramor’ in the Bad Wolf/BBC co-production The Winter King, and the lead role of ‘Thomas’ in the ITV drama Sticks & Stones, written by Mike Bartlett. He has also appeared in the Netflix series The Letter for the King, starred opposite Anna Maxwell Martin in the ITV drama Hollington Drive, and featured in Robert Zemeckis’ film The Witches opposite Octavia Spencer.
