Oliver Vibrans is an Ivor Novello award winning, and RPS award nominated Composer and Producer based in the UK. Oliver has composed music for the concert hall, theatre, film, art installations and radio.

Previous work at Shakespeare’s Globe includes Burnt At The Stake.

Recent commissions include The Virtuous Circle (BBC Proms); Monomyth (Halle); music for two episodes of Charles Hazelwood’s landmark documentary Reinventing the Orchestra (Sky Arts); Treading Water (BBC Philharmonic and BBC Radio 3); More Up winner of an Ivor Novello award, nominated for a Royal Philharmonic Society award 2020 (The Halle /BBC Philharmonic / The Able Orchestra); Trip The Light Fantastic, a collaboration with electronic artist Surgeons Girl and the headline opening gig of the newly relaunched Bristol Beacon incorporating hybrid electronic and orchestral music with dynamic AV and projection mapping from Limbic Cinema (Paraorchestra). Suspended Dance part of the Composers Postcard Project (BBC Radio 3); From the Crowd, a commemoration of Peterloo, part of the unveiling of the memorial by Jeremy Deller; BBC Radio 3’s Music And Meditation podcast for BBC and the BBC Concert Orchestra.
