Research & Collections: Where Discovery Happens
After years of planning and dedication, our new Research & Collections Centre is almost complete. It will be home to London’s only Shakespeare library and repository, a unique performance archive and Original Practices costume collection, rare books, and the expert specialists who preserve and share these extraordinary collections.
More than a new building, the Research & Collections Centre will give the Globe the space and facilities to care for its collections, deepen research, and unlock new opportunities for collaboration. By bringing together our archives, expertise and scholarship under one roof, it will strengthen the foundations for our work for decades to come.
