Payment is due no later than 28 days before the date of your booking. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment is not received within these terms. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payments.
If you’re booking within 28 days, payment is due immediately, otherwise your booking will not be confirmed.
HOW TO PAY
Debit or credit card is the most effective way for us to track your payment.

For international groups
Please cover any bank charges if paying by BACS or transferring funds from
outside the UK. Please email with details of your remittance, quoting the booking reference.
Each booking is subject to a £2.50 booking fee
CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING
All changes should be communicated 28 days before the date of your booking. For changes less than 28 days from your visit date we will aim to facilitate any increase in student numbers; however, we cannot offer a refund for any reduction in the number of students. For changes received with less than 28 days’ notice, we will aim to facilitate any increase in student numbers; however, we cannot offer a refund for any reduction in the number of students.
Please note that when reducing the number of pupils the minimum fee of £200 applies.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If you wish to cancel, please notify us in writing at least 28 days before the date of your booking. If we do not receive this notification, you will be charged for the full amount.
For cancellations more than 28 days from your booking date, each booking is subject to a non-refundable deposit of £200. If the cancellation is made by Shakespeare’s Globe you are entitled to a full refund.
We will not refund bookings if cancellation is made due to circumstances beyond our control (such as, but not limited to, heavy snow, tube strikes etc.). In this instance, we will endeavour to reschedule your booking to an alternative date within our financial year, subject to availability.
If government guidelines mean your booking cannot take place, we will work with you to postpone the session to a later date or find you a suitable alternative such as online delivery. We may have to pass on any costs incurred in providing an alternative date or format such as travel fares or accommodation costs. We endeavour to keep these costs to a minimum. If the cancellation is made by Shakespeare’s Globe you are entitled to a full refund.
