MEMBERSHIP AND SUBSCRIPTIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Memberships and Globe Player Subscriptions are non-refundable.

In the event that you sign-up to pay for your Membership via Direct Debit and then fail to pay for your Membership, any tickets booked during Priority Booking which fall within the duration of your Membership will be cancelled and refunded.

All Membership benefits are subject to availability and/or change.

It is the Member’s/Subscriber’s responsibility to contact Shakespeare’s Globe in the event that their benefits or materials have not been provided or delivered.

As part of your Membership/Subscription, you will be contacted by us regarding your  benefits – it is the Member’s/Subscriber’s responsibility to contact Shakespeare’s Globe should they wish not to be contacted regarding their Membership.

By purchasing a monthly Membership/Subscripton, you are agreeing to allow Shakespeare’s Globe to charge your payment card on a monthly basis. This Membership/Subscription has a minimum term of 12 months but will continue to auto-renew unless you contact us to cancel.

By purchasing an annual Membership/Subscription, you are agreeing to allow Shakespeare’s Globe to charge your payment card on an annual basis. This will continue to auto-renew unless you contact us to cancel.

When purchasing a Membership it may take 24 hours to register on your account, if you wish to use any Membership benefit during this time please contact [email protected].

GIFT MEMBERSHIP/SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Gift cards are valid until the expiry date printed on the front of the gift card (12 months from the date of purchase) and can be redeemed to procure a UK Friend Membership (£60), a Best Friend Membership (£200) or a Globe Player Subscription (£59.99).

The gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable. Lost gift cards will not be replaced. All terms and conditions for standard Membership/Subscription still apply to Gift Memberships.
