Swan’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream afternoon tea is inspired by the journeys of the characters: from the pea flower of Oberon’s love potion, the apricots Titania feeds to Bottom and, of course, mulberries from the lovers’ tree.
Love may not look with eyes, but these beautiful traditional tea treats, presented on bespoke crockery designed by Annika Wester, are almost too pretty to tuck into.
If you are more of a savoury tooth, try their Afternoon Tea made up of beef sliders, scotch eggs and other moreish treats – paired with a tankard of Hobday Smoked Brown Ale.
Please notify Swan of any dietary requirements at the time of booking as they are unlikely to be able to accommodate requests on the day, given the preparation time involved in making Afternoon Tea. With advanced warning, they can accommodate pescatarian, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and yeast free diets. Whilst Swan will do their best to accommodate other special diets, unfortunately they cannot guarantee to do so. Swan are unable to offer vegetarian or gluten free options for the Gentleman’s Afternoon Tea.
