Please give as many alternative dates as possible when completing your form. All applications are dealt with on a first come, first served basis. If we cannot meet any of your alternative options we will contact you to discuss your booking.
Once your booking form has been received and processed you will be sent official confirmation of your visit, an invoice and a Teachers’ Confirmation Sheet for you to complete. Soon after, a request for payment will be sent by post along with with full details of your visit.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Once booking is confirmed, failure to notify us of a cancellation in writing will result in a cancellation fee being charged. We cannot issue refunds under any circumstances, unless the cancellation is made by us.
Lunch spaces are available outside the theatre season (October to April), for Key stage 2 and 3, when booking a 10.30am or 12.30pm workshop time. Lunch rooms are available from 12-12.30 only – please indicate on your booking form if you would like a space.
There are no lunch rooms available between 27 February and 29 March due to Playing Shakespeare performances.
Please ensure the listed Finance Contact is different from the primary contact name and is able to process any invoice sent by us (e.g. Finance admin staff, Business Manager or Purchase Ledger Controller). Please Note: there is an additional £2.50 administration charge per workshop booked.
