Free-to-access
Applications for over 20,000 free-to-access tickets, student workshops and CPDs will be open from 7–28 September 2026 for non-selective state secondary schools in London and Birmingham (pupils aged 11-16). To ensure the project achieves its core mission of promoting equality of opportunity, we prioritise schools with a higher percentage of students eligible for Free School Meals.
Subsidised
Bookings for over 6,000 subsidised tickets for all other UK secondary schools will open shortly afterwards, in October 2026. Please note, this production is designed for all secondary school age students, suitable for pupils in year 7 and above. Free-to-access student workshops
Our interactive workshops get students on their feet and understanding the language, characters and themes of A Midsummer Night’s Dream through performance. Workshops are designed as preparation to help students get the most out of Playing Shakespeare with Deutsche Bank: A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
Workshops take place in your school and can be requested when applying for free-to-access tickets.
Free-to-access CPDs
Our inspiring CPD sessions, tailored to this production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream, will give you practical tools and techniques to enhance your students’ Globe experience back in the classroom.
CPDs take place at Shakespeare’s Globe, online, and in selected schools near you.
