This unique production with a CBeebies twist will be performed especially for pre-school children and their families. Featuring CBeebies’ favourite stars, four performances will be filmed in front of a live audience before airing on BBC iPlayer at a later date. Guaranteed to include plenty of songs, dancing and joining in.

INFORMATION

As You Like It with CBeebies is recommended for ages 3+. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Some seats have a partially restricted view and these will be clearly flagged at the time of booking.

24 months and under (babes in arms) are welcome and ‘go free on knees’, but will require a free Babes in Arms ticket to be booked as part of your purchase. For your comfort and enjoyment, we recommend purchasing a seated ticket if you are attending with an under 24-month old.

Standing tickets in the Yard are a unique part of the Globe experience. For safety reasons, audience members in the Yard cannot sit on the floor at any time and chairs, shooting sticks, buggies and carriers are not permitted. The standing area does not have a floor gradient, therefore parents may wish to hold children to give them the best view.

There will be a dedicated buggy park for these performances, which is free with a suggested donation of £1. There are no childcare or creche facilities at Shakespeare’s Globe.

You will be able to book a maximum of six tickets per booking. Once you have added your tickets to your basket, you can then add a maximum of two free Babes in Arms tickets.

The running time of the performance will be approximately 45 minutes; it is anticipated that the audience will be in the theatre for around 90 minutes total.

Tickets will not be exchanged nor money refunded unless the performance is cancelled or postponed. They can be placed on re-sale, and if re-sold you will be issued a credit voucher.

Wheelchair user position tickets can be purchased online or by telephone in the same way as other tickets. The Yard is wheelchair accessible and a viewing platform is available to book. Gentleman’s Box P in the Middle Gallery is also available for wheelchair users.

The theatre has an induction loop for hearing aid users, and this is best picked up in the Lower Gallery. A small number of hearing enhancers are available. Please let our team know if you have any access requirements for your visit by emailing [email protected]

The show will be available to watch on CBeebies and on BBC iPlayer at Easter 2023. There will also be an opportunity to see the show prior to this, for a short run in cinemas.
