Following their hugely popular debut in the Globe Theatre in 2022, BBC CBeebies returns in May with a special adaptation of Shakespeare’s comedy, Twelfth Night.
This unique new production with a BBC CBeebies twist will be performed especially for pre-school children and their families. Featuring CBeebies’ favourite stars, four performances will be recorded in front of a live audience in London’s iconic open-air Globe Theatre before airing on the BBC CBeebies Channel and BBC iPlayer in 2024. Guaranteed to include plenty of songs, dancing and joining in.

Terms and conditions
A £2.50 transaction fee per order applies online and over the telephone.
During performances, prams are not permitted in the auditorium. Worn baby slings and carriers are welcome. We are happy to store prams and buggies during your visit, but please be aware that they will be unattended and left at your risk.
BBC CBeebies: Twelfth Night at Shakespeare’s Globe is recommended for ages 3+. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Some seats have a partially restricted view and these will be clearly flagged at the time of booking.
24 months and under (babes in arms) are welcome and ‘go free on knees’, but will require a free Babes in Arms ticket to be booked as part of your purchase. For your comfort and enjoyment, we recommend purchasing a seated ticket if you are attending with an under 24-month old.
Standing tickets in the Yard are a unique part of the Globe experience. For safety reasons, audience members in the Yard cannot sit on the floor at any time and chairs, shooting sticks, buggies and carriers are not permitted. The standing area does not have a floor gradient, therefore parents may wish to hold children to give them the best view.
There will be a dedicated buggy park for these performances, which is free with a suggested donation of £1. There are no childcare or creche facilities at Shakespeare’s Globe.
You will be able to book a maximum of six tickets per booking. Once you have added your tickets to your basket, you can then add a maximum of two free Babes in Arms tickets.
The running time of the performance will be approximately 1 hour; it is anticipated that the audience will be in the theatre for around 90 minutes total.
Tickets will not be exchanged nor money refunded unless the performance is cancelled or postponed. They can be placed on re-sale by contacting our Box Office, and if re-sold you will be issued a credit voucher.
Wheelchair user position tickets can be purchased online or by telephone in the same way as other tickets. The Yard is wheelchair accessible and a viewing platform is available to book.
The theatre has an induction loop for hearing aid users, and this is best picked up in the Lower Gallery. A small number of hearing enhancers are available. Please let our team know if you have any access requirements for your visit by emailing [email protected]
The show will be available to watch on BBC CBeebies and on BBC iPlayer in 2024.
