Globe Talks: Making Text Move
Join us in the Sam Wanamaker Playhouse as we continue our collaboration with London’s international dance festival, Dance Umbrella, for The Globe Talks: Making Text Move, a lively discussion that explores storytelling through words and movement.
Choreographer and director Ben Duke, internationally renowned for his groundbreaking work both as an individual and with his company Lost Dog, is joined by his collaborators to share live examples of his process and practice which seamlessly blends literature, theatre and dance to tell engaging stories.
This interactive talk is ideal for anyone interested in developing their performance technique and physical storytelling skills.
The Globe Talks: Making Text Move is part of Dance Umbrella’s Artist Encounters event series focusing on cultivating practical skills, sharing knowledge, and asking questions that resonate. For more events, click here: Dance Umbrella Festival 2025.
