Join award-winning author and poet Joseph Coelho for a joyful and lively creative workshop, inspired by Joseph’s picture book Children of the Throne. Part of our family event series Telling Tales.
After a reading of Joseph’s powerful story on climate change and the magic of imagining a better world, you’ll put your own imagination to work.
Joseph will guide you in crafting a rain song poem inspired by the story. Then you’ll get up on your feet and work together to bring your songs to life with rain dances. Take part in an uplifting celebration of community and discover the power of small actions.

Terms and conditions
A ticket is required for everyone attending over 3 years. Under 3s do not require a ticket if they do not require their own seat. Child and adult tickets are the same price, plus a £3 per order transaction fee. All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult with a purchased ticket.
