Journey through the world of Shakespeare with our exciting 5-day summer course, where you will explore Shakespeare’s plays in the context of his own time, as well as our own.

Make new friends while you participate in lively seminars and workshops led by a Globe academic and theatre makers. You will learn about Shakespeare’s enduring influence on ideas about gender, race, sexuality, and class, while honing your research and presentation skills.

With this course you will also experience the thrill of live performance at the Globe and meet members of the acting company.

  • Publishing Shakespeare
  • Special workshop: Dance
  • Special workshop: Voice

Recommended for ages 17 – 19 years. The week will culminate in a sharing of presentations with other participants.
