This form is not for enquiries, this is a formal booking request for workshops delivered onsite at Shakespeare's Globe.

Due to high demand for our workshops, our team are unable to guarantee the availability of any sessions before a formal booking request is submitted.

Once we receive your booking request, we will endeavour to book you into one of your preferred dates and times or will contact you to agree alternative availability. We will then send you a booking confirmation and invoice, at which point we will consider your booking as confirmed. Payment is due 28 days prior to your visit and you will be liable for payment for any bookings changed or cancelled after this time. All changes and cancellations must be made in writing via email.

Our fun and interactive Lively Action workshops can be tailored to any Key Stage and any Shakespeare play.

Includes a 30 minute guided tour of the Globe Theatre and a one hour practical workshop.

AQA GCSE History Lectures

GCSE English Literature Study Days

A-Level English Literature Study Days

Designed to support students studying for the 2026 AQA GCSE History paper in which the Globe Theatre is the specified site study.

Includes a 30 minute guided tour of the Globe Theatre and a one hour interactive lecture plus a source booklet to use for revison.

Available Fridays at 10.30am, 11.30am and 12.30pm

From £12 per student (UK State Schools)

Available for key GCSE texts and tailored to exam board requirements, these Study days can be designed as introductory or revision sessions.

Includes a 30 minute guided tour and two interactive workshops exploring plot, characterisation, key themes and language.

Available weekdays at 10.00am

From £29 per student (UK State Schools)

Designed to support Assessment Objectives 1-5 of all English Literature A-Levels and available for key exam texts.

Includes a 30 minute guided tour, a one hour lecture exploring the play's performance history and a 90 minute practical workshop.

AQA GCSE History Lectures are only available on Fridays at 10.30am, 11.30am or 12.30pm.

We can only run one session for up to 35 participants (including students and staff) at a time. If you have a larger group, we will split them into consecutive sessions.

A-Level Study Days are available on weekdays (Monday-Friday). All sessions begin at 10.30am.

GCSE Study Days are available on weekdays (Monday-Friday). All sessions begin at 10.00am.

We require a 1:10 teacher to student ratio and offer a free teacher ticket for every 10 students. Teachers outside of this ratio must be paid for at the rate of a student ticket, unless they are 1:1 support for an access patron within your party, who go free.

At Shakespeare’s Globe, we are committed to making our workshops welcoming and accessible for all students. Cancellation and Payment policy

We will issue you a booking confirmation and invoice by email once your booking is added to our system and, at this point, we will consider the booking as confirmed.
