Long-time Agustin Barrios champion John Williams will now open the programme. Williams is excited to welcome new guest Gary Ryan, the guitarist and composer, who will include some of his latest compositions including the amazing Benga Beat. Ryan will also play in Phillip Houghton’s The Light on the Edge for two guitars, digeridoo, harp, bass, and environmental sounds.

A rare London performance by baroque lutenist Robert Barto, playing music by Bach’s great contemporary, Sylvius Weiss. The second part will feature the Palestinian Duo Sabil (oud and percussion), with guest, John Williams.
