Join Wendy for a marvelous hour of storytelling, beginning with a West African folktale about the trickster Anansi the spider. You will help guide the story with Wendy as Anansi needs help through the rough storm and deadly forest to gain riches from the King in the tale of The Unknown Challenge.
Our second story is a taboo tale from Nigeria called The Wedding Basket. With beautiful props and music, Wendy will transport you to a magical time where a very rich man encounters the sea goddesses and faces the stormy wrath of the River God.
Suitable for ages 5+
